Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You have the option to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of your order when it was delivered to you.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Unboxing video of the product is mandatory.
  • If customer has received any product other than the desired product, than the customer is eligible to exchange the product.
  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged in case the design, size and colour is not liked by the customer as the handicraft products are not up to the scale.
  • The product should remain unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging, and maintain the same condition as it was when you initially received it.
  • All the products listed are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • You will find the products which are eligible for return in the product description.
Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please get in touch with our customer support staff at support@indoscraft.com to initiate a return or exchange process. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange and clear Video recording of product while unboxing.

Refund Process:

When we receive your returned item, a member of our staff will check it to make sure it satisfies the requirements. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7business days from the date of receiving your returned item. Please be aware that depending on your payment provider, it can take more time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange:

Exchange can only be initiated if the customer has received any damaged product or any product other than the desired product then you can choose to exchange a product, we will ship the replacement item after inspecting and approving. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Please get in touch with us right away if you regrettably obtain a product that is harmed or flawed. We will swiftly make arrangements for either a replacement or a refund with proper Proof. Your contentment is our foremost concern, and we're committed to resolving any issues promptly.
